dictionaries-common-dev software package provides spelling dictionaries - developer files, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install dictionaries-common-dev
dictionaries-common-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the dictionaries-common-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep dictionaries-common-dev *
You will get with dictionaries-common-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
